Fill Your Own Whisky Experience
An immersive experience and an opportunity to fill and label your own 500ml whisky bottle, just 15 minutes from Launceston.
With a drink on arrival, you’ll be taken on a journey to discover our approach to grain-to-glass whisky-making and a tour of our distillery and processes.
The tour and talk will be followed by a Whisky flight tasting across a range of our premium whiskies, plus a surprise “Cask Pull” of unreleased whisky, premium Tasmanian cheese and charcuterie board, and an opportunity to hand-fill a 500ml bottle of Rosevears Whisky straight from the barrel, and labelled by you.

Cost: $300 per person
Duration: Approx 2 hours. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check in.
Available: 12pm and 3pm, Thursday – Saturday from Friday 1st May 2026 – Monday 31st August 2026. Other times may be available (enquire here).
