Handcrafted with 100% pure Tasmanian water and grains, this is a pioneering and bold new Australian-made approach to a Straight Whiskey. Meticulously distilled in small batches using our sweet mash process with our American-made copper still.

With an in-house grain to glass approach, we only source our grains from Tasmania and Rosevears is milled, mashed and aged all onsite at Turner Stillhouse.

Matured in large format new toasted and charred American oak casks, this unique whisky follows a traditional American style grain whiskey mashbill, using 100% Tasmanian grains (corn, rye and barley).

Batch 1 is limited to 500 bottles.  All bottles are numbered, and orders of our Batch 1 release bottles will be gift boxed, signed by our Founder and Distiller, and include a Certificate of Authenticity.
