Three Cuts Gin – Founder’s Release

Our bespoke gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals.

Layered notes of juniper (organic), coriander seed, fresh lime, cinnamon bark, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail of sipping slowly over ice.

Our bespoke gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals.

Our award winning founder’s release gin with twelve botanicals and three cuts of rose is rested in Tasmanian pinot noir and chardonnay barrels, providing a subtle colour and rich pinot/chardonnay influence. This gin is ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.
