Tasmania’s first ever Bourbon-style Whiskey and a range of Limited Release Single Malts will launch in May 2025.

With a grain to glass approach and crafted in the heart of the Tamar Valley, our whiskies were meticulously distilled in small batches, using pure Tasmanian water and our unique American hybrid still from Portland, Oregan.
