Our bespoke gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water, and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals.
Butterfly pea flowers are steeped in our award-winning Founders Release Gin with twelve botanicals and our signature ’Three Cuts Of Rose’, providing a distinctive and rich blue colour to the gin, which is transformed with the addition of tonic.
Iridescence is ideal for a colourful twist on a classic G+T, or creating your favourite cocktail.
