Our architecturally designed urban styled bar, overlooks our 3,000 litre copper still and distilling process.
With a seasonally changing cocktail menu, access to our Special Releases, and a deck with stunning views over the Tamar River, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a tasting flight, or sip on your favourite cocktail.
Our love of art and design doesn’t stop at the bar, you’ll often find a selection of original Salvador Dalì prints from our friends at Dada Muse in Launceston. Updated seasonally, we create a unique cocktail for each of these installations.
We’re open 7 days/week 10am to 5pm.
Walk-ins are always welcome and we are an accessible friendly venue.
