Nose
Fresh lemon and eucalyptus, with earthy depth.
Palate
Cooling citrus and gum, with subtle florals and a lingering warmth.

Long and dry, there’s clean botanicals with a slightly savoury finish.

A classic G+T with dried citrus and we recommend Sodasmith Tonic Water, or a fresh Botanical Sour made with simple syrup infused with Lemon Myrtle, lemon juice and egg whites.
