Distillery Tour
Get behind the scenes of Turner Stillhouse and join us for a guided tour of the distillery, uncover the secrets behind our award-winning spirits and learn first hand how we produce our Gin, Vodka and Whisky. Finish the tour with a tasting of our core spirits.
When: 7 Days – Tours typically run 11am and 1:30pm – some exceptions may apply.
Duration: Approximately 50-60 minutes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to park and check-in.
Reservations: Book your spot at least an hour in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins welcome if space allows!

Fill Your Own Whisky Experience
An immersive experience and an opportunity to fill and label your own 500ml whisky bottle, just 15 minutes from Launceston.
Group Bookings: For group bookings, reach out and we’ll help you create a custom experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited tour space, refunds cannot be offered, but we will gladly reschedule your tour given at least 7 days advanced notice. Turner Stillhouse is a working commercial distillery, so closed shoes are required. Tours offered in English only at this time. Families are welcome, but this tour may not be suitable for younger children (our tasting room can accommodate visitors of all ages). We are an accessible friendly venue.
One Destination – Two Cellar Doors
Embark on a journey through Tasmania’s finest flavours with this immersive experience that brings together two worlds of expertly crafted spirits and premium cool-climate wines.
Located just steps apart on the same stunning estate, our distillery and Tamar Ridge Wines offer two exceptional experiences in one unforgettable visit.
Begin at Tamar Ridge Cellar Door, where you’ll settle in for a guided tasting of four premium wines while soaking up panoramic river views. From there, it’s a short 20 metre stroll to our Distillery for a tasting of Three Cuts Gins and Vodka, and Rosevears Whisky. You’ll learn the stories and methods behind their spirit making, whilst enjoying a guided tasting of their signature range.

Wine, Spirit + Cheese Tour

Our combined Wine, Spirit and Cheese Tour in collaboration with our neighbours at Tamar Ridge Wines offers the best of both worlds.
Start with a guided tour of our Distillery and learn first hand how we produce our multi-award winning Three Cuts Gin, Vodka and Rosevears Whisky, followed by a guided tasting of all our core spirits.
Following your distillery tour + gin and whisky tastings, we’ll accompany you next door to Tamar Ridge Cellar Door where you can sit back & soak in the views of the Tamar River as their Cellar Door team take you through a guided, seated tasting of four of our signature wines. To finish the experience, you’ll enjoy a delicious Tasmanian cheese platter comprising of Coal Rover Triple Cream Brie, Bay of Fires Cloth Bound Cheddar, olives, quince paste, Lavosh and local fruit.
