Long celebrated for their deep indigo hue and colour changing properties, locally sourced Butterfly Pea Flowers have been steeped in our award-winning Founder’s Release Gin, with twelve botanicals, including our signature ’Three Cuts of Rose’.
Just add tonic or a squeeze of citrus, and watch the transformation unfold from tranquil blue to vivid violet, adding a little theatre to your glass and a toast to Tasmania’s changing light.
Nose
Elegant floral notes and juniper, underpinned by a soft citrus and delicate earthy whisper.
Palate
Juniper at it’s core, with velvety layers of rose and subtle earthy spice of the Butterfly Pea Flowers.
Finish
Clean, vibrant and refined, a touch of citrus lingers with a subtle floral sweetness.
Serve
