Gold at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It is produced with our award winning Founder’s Release gin with twelve botanicals and three cuts of rose, and rested in Tasmanian Pinot Noir barrels, providing a subtle colour and rich pinot influence. This gin is ideal for sipping slowly over ice or as a base for an old fashioned or negroni.Turner Stillhouse is nestled among the rolling hills of the picturesque Tamar Valley in northern Tasmania, overlooking the Tamar River.
Our Pinot Barrel Rested Gin bottles are produced in smaller batches (typically 400 bottles per batch) and individually numbered by batch and bottle number. Limit of 2 per size per customer. 700ml bottle size

This includes fresh locally grown roses from the Tamar Valley near our distillery.Layered notes of green cardamom, fresh lime and lemon, juniper (organic), coriander, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.
