A bold Tasmanian Whisky, shaped by nature, and crafted with character and a pioneering spirit.
We honour tradition but aren’t bound by it – Our Whisky is defined by daring ideas, enriched by pure water and locally grown ingredients, blended with purposeful craft and a confidence that comes from doing things differently, and doing them well.
Grain to Glass – Rosevears uses 100% Tasmanian grains and is milled, mashed, distilled and aged all onsite at Turner Stillhouse, located in the iconic Tamar Valley of Northern Tasmania.
Handcrafted in an innovative 3000 litre copper hybrid still and using a unique yeast not previously seen in Tasmanian whisky-making, we create distinct whiskies with an unapologetic American influence, including the first Tasmanian “Bourbon-Style” Whiskey made with 100% Tasmanian corn, rye & barley.
